The Institute offers private, confidential, one on one personal coaching to individuals who seek to improve their management skills and general business acumen. ISBM coaching sessions are done by telephone at low cost to the user.
During these one hour sessions the client may focus on any problem he or she desires and will be encouraged and guided to formulate solutions. Personal coaching is intended to be a creative and thought-provoking process. Our business coaches will help you identify and obtain the skills and capabilities needed to achieve superior operational and profit performance. You will learn how to create a business culture unique to your situation and objectives.

You will receive guidance on how to do Strategic Planning that includes approaches to a business plan and how to set realistic goals and objectives.
You can learn proven techniques and procedures for Human Resources Management that improve communications and develop an effective, goal-oriented organization.
 Our coaches can expose you to time-tested Profit & Expense Controls that will give you financial control and manage profitability as an continuing objective instead of looking at profit as something that falls to the bottom line at the end of the year.
If sales and marketing are a concern you will learn the basics of writing a good marketing plan and properly incentivizing the sales force so that improving sales and profits are a win-win situation.

Thereafter, sessions can be arranged at the low cost of $39 per hour. Essentially, you will receive consultation and mentoring from am experienced professional consultant who typically has billed as much as $250-400 per hour for on-site consultations with clients.
